Well had a good show last night was very happy. Dr barret was awesome with answering the questions. And call ins. Make surevto hear replays. Www.blogtalkradio.com/dashow was very happy.

why is it? why is it when we have something its not good enough then when its gone we want it back or miss it ? Can someone explain that to me? the mind works in mysterious ways. everything you could want in one thing so perfect a car ,a woman, a house and there is something missing. its weird. maybe its me. but hey I'm a complicated guy, a Gemini. lol

go for a colonic tomorrow. my liver specialist thought it was a good idea to help relieve stress from the hernia. I'm excited they say you can drop up to 5 to 10 pounds of old shit. excuse my french lol its great for bodybuilders. cause we eat alot. i know i do I'm always hungry. its good they say for health benefits and psychologically as well.

will check back tomorrow let you guys know how it was. wish me luck lol

Well i decided to start a blog again. i revamped my website. I'm so more determined with life i just turned 29 and we cant do this and look like this forever so i am going to capitalize the years i have left. staying in great shape, being healthy, and helping people on the way. make sure to listen to my NEW radio show www.blogtalkradio.com/DASHOW. WE ARE GOING ON OUR 17TH SHOW. 9 SHOWS AT RX, and 8 shows by myself using blogtalk. its going great and I'm striving to make it better. time to rise and shine! and really start rolling with everything. as long as I'm healthy I'm really motivated. i truly believe health is the most important thing that people overlook. we take for granted. when i was 20 to 25 i know i did. now it means the most to be besides my family.

so lets all enjoy the journey and follow me on my career and achievements. they can knock me down and put me down. but i keep getting right back up and fighting like the stubborn Ginny i am.
